Alan Grob Prize
This award is named in honor of Alan Grob, for forty years a great teacher of literature at Rice University and a voice for those who could not speak for themselves. The Alan Grob Prize is awarded annually to Rice undergraduates who, through service to the larger community, have demonstrated devotion to the needs and interests of the economically and culturally disadvantaged.
