Good Works Internship and Career Fair

This fair focuses on the internship, career, and year of service opportunities offered by community agencies.  In order to facilitate the recruitment of students early in the spring semester, this event has been set to coincide with the timeline for Houston's ExxonMobil Community Summer Jobs and Shell Non-Profit Internship Programs.  While some agencies may be recruiting for summer volunteers, all participating agencies at this event will have employment or internship opportunities.

 Monday, February 24, 2014
12:00 - 2:00pm
Rice Memorial Center (RMC) Grand Hall

Please contact Kelly Windham, Community Involvement Center Assistant Director, at kellywindham@rice.edu or 713-348-6044 with any questions.

2014 Good Works Internship and Career Fair

The following agencies will be in attendance at this year's fair. Review the list and accompanying websites below. Prioritize the agencies you'd like to pursue and do your research. Why would you be a good fit for this particular organization? What is their mission? What skills and experiences  would you bring to a position with the organization? Remember, agency representatives will be looking to fill internship and employment positions. Be sure to come in business casual attire and with a resume in hand. A first impression is a lasting one!
